It doesn't matter one manipulated canadian stock or two manipulated canadian stocks. All we know they are being totally manipulated. The CSE says nothing to look at here.

It's a business and job security comes from not solving the problem. My fear is that when they do drop a fine on nefarious marketmakers that it isn't enough to deter or stop this behavior and probably gets treated like a bonus pool for securities people.
