somebody check my math ?
Cathredral pays $6,350,000 for PD's assets.
PD invests $3 million back
plus 2,000,000 common shares of Cathedral at a price of $0.60 per common share within a two-year period after closing for a 19.6% ownership interest.
So in the end, PD invests $4.2 million ( ignoring the sold assets which would have been non core).
Company worth $28.37 million at a share price of 45 cents.
The best thing about this is Cathredral gains some scale , has more money to expand sales and their technology is validated.

I agree that this shows Cathedral is top player in this field and the next couple of years should have good returns. Price of oil now over $70 US, natural gas supplies are pretty low.... the move to green is chugging along but still a couple of decades of fossil fuel to go.
