Book value is $22.80/unit .. I'd gladly take 17% upside to book value + a 7% yield. They've also grown BV 17% in the last 2 years and have some big tailwinds with USD exposure and interest

Desjardins Securities’ Gary Ho moved his target for Alaris Equity Partners Income Trust  to $22.50 from $22 with a “buy” rating. The average is $22.45. “AD’s common strategy has proven to be a
