Executive Suite - Cumbersome Overhead

I just checked out the new IR site for ADW. Interesting how many "vice presidents" they have. For a small company this seems to be overly heavy. There appears to be overlap in their responsibilities too which is concerning. Given the bloated SG&A of this company, I think we can see where some of that bloat is located. ADW seems to have lost its way and needs to get back to being the nimble innovative company it once was.
