I loved going out there for weekends and doing the wine route.  Direct to consumer sales from wineries are much more profitable.  They have a really great business model that anyone from TO can appreciate.  Company carries debt none of it term loans so it is rate sensitive.  Once rates start coming down funds likely start piling back in.

That they didn't take out term loans for their assett purchases is precisely the problem - when rates were at generational lows, they didn't take advantage of that to lock in the rates? This company for all its promise, makes these mind numbing missteps. It's frustrating as hell. They are the Maple Leafs of my portfolio.
