Stores may or may not be impacted by Ontario government rolling out more retail locations. The Pellers stepped down from the board, possibly planning a bid to privatize the company but he's not really sure.

Trading at 0.65x Book Value (with BV at substantial discount to FMV) AND the potential for a take private transaction.. one would think that would be a "BUY".

It's the future drawdowns that are going to kill the equity in this business. Paying the retiring CEO a $5million dollar "retirement allowance" is about as abusive as it gets. It may be legal, but clearly the CEO is putting his personal interests ahead of the public shareholders. Is this a ploy to take the company private? Who knows?
