Money wants to see a proof of principle. The Phase I/IIa clinical trial will provide safety/tolerability and preliminary efficacy data for the avenanthramide pill. Until you know it is safe/well tolerated and there are indications of preliminary efficacy it is very risky. PGX has only been proven in a 10L pilot facility that you can't make any money from.
