Takeover Target???

No debt on the balance sheet.

Cash cow in the industry.

Substantial issuer bids and NCIB

No more DSC to fund.

Trades at about 6x future earnings.

4.8 dividend yield with a likely dividend raise next quarter.

This one is easy to own and will likely get an offer soon.

The Goldrings have always said no to a buyout but I suspect that if the number is high enough, they will ask for even more and get it.

This is a tough one considering all the public shares are B shares. Mackenzie got taken out years ago by Power Corp. , CI by Bank of Nova Scotia I think and Trimark by Invesco. Fidelity is privately owned. This would have been gone years ago if not for the share structure.
