Based on the timing of Black selling, it would make sense that it was for tax purposes.  I'm hoping to see Black with his turn in adding some shares this week.

Only problem is that the total shares traded on the 18 & 19th were almost equal to the number of shares traded for the day.  Also interesting is that the April buying and the May insider buying were on April 18th.  Perhaps a reminder to themselves that some insider buying might stimulate sone retail buying?
