IIF Presentation - All Good News

Main takeaways:

1. Production to start in 2024 or Q1 2025 at the latest. Not sure on commercial production but with all the pilot plant work it should follow not too long after.

2. Pictures from site are from 3-4 weeks ago.

3. Moly is looking for an offtake agreement as the next step and advancement will be coming quickly.

All is well with Almonty, thanks Lewis for an informative and positive presentation.

Seems like all good news. Nothing too fantastic, but good news is that within 9 months-12 months time commercial run should be happening. I did some back-of-envelope caculation based on technical report produced in 2016, and likely there will be 72M CAD cashflow per year in first year of operation, as LB presented. That's around P/E 3.5 for current price, so all happy news.

LB also mentionned that alot of the facilities are subterranean so as to not be as affected by the extreme weather. Explains too why there could be enough more progress than meets the eye when it comes to aerial photos.

Additional Points from IIF: Pana:  In progress of extending the mine to L4. Scoping study completed. Ready-to-be-built. Sangdong:  Grade 0.51% WO3. Three times the global average grade. Construction will be completed immenently. (LB's words). Production starts in 2025 4.8% over budget (i.e. 6M over 125M) but the waste tungsten on the surface can be used to offset the ...more
