Really good question.  They have the cash to pay one.  Even after fairly substantial investments both short and medium term.  Purely a guess however I suspect they keep the cash to either call the debentures or enact a SIB post June 2024 dilution depending on conversion.  Keeping in mind if they pay a special it reasonably guarantees the debentures will be converted.  It ...more

Good, as there may very well be an additional ~4.5 million shares issued shortly :) Between the recent capex (fleet investment in new ships and JV) and potential dilution event I don't know what the appetite to pay much cash out would be.  FCF numbers in the annual report will be telling.  Maybe a 1 penny raise in the quarterly however I don't know that I'd except or want ...more

The quarterly should be announced this week.  Anywhere between Monday and Friday.

It has been announced. 6% increase. .19 per quarter.

Hardly seems like much of a buyback program if it is only 55,000 shares.
