They claim to be focused on that and believe it's going to be key to bringing up the SP to much better levels.

From the acquisiton NR:

Strengthens Alio Gold's ability to generate free cash flow on a per-share basis;

Incremental free cash flow to finance Ana Paula construction;

The key for me is going to be if they can bring on AP without any further dilution. If they can do that, it will prove a smart acquisition. Cash on hand, cash flow, and debt, and no dilution, and we should all be nicely pleased.
