Re-aligning Capabilities
The re-alignment of capabilities was clearly an effort by McCunn to deflect from himself. If this was about cost cutting then they should have gone further and done the same for the EVP-HR who is making base $250k, I think. There are some big egos in the house at Alio and not sure that McCunn has the drive or desire to see this one through given the quick exit from AKG when things got tough! This looks like a sinking ship! Wondering if they have the right people to deploy the life rafts!
