The negotiations are proceeding but not yet complete.  However given the immediate need to have reliable mining capacity we have agreed with our supplier to begin taking delivery of the equipment.  Approximately 1/3 of new fleet is on site and is in various stages of assembly.  I expect the full fleet to operational in the 4^th quarter.

Thanks, Intowin. I'm also down big-time on Alo. You have to figure though, that it's only a matter of time before this starts heading substantially higher. Once they get Florida Canyon rolling well with the new fleet, we should be in good shape, especially with the price of gold heading upward. I think we're way undervalued at this level. Ana Paula alone is worth way more than the

bought this in the old days when it was timmins .. i've been offside 4 ever .. tough to see the light out of this old dog ... funadamentals? yes .. but reality is i'm likely better to sell and eat the losses thant torture myself by watching the fluctuations ... not sure i can endure any longer
