There is some optionality right there to be SOLD by a owner of the company.   Sell the Africa Energy stake.   We could sell it and do a SIB for 20% of the stock with the proceeds and the existing cash......easily. It's called a Modified Dutch Auction.    People do it all the time.    Witness International Petroleum Corp. E-L Financial (ELF).
