Was this a scam??? buyback to benefits insiders???.

"WOW" It's a bizarre scam If this is true, these guys must be investigated to verify your accusations, rules may allow as long as they declare and report. ( It's a wakeup call for e as a shareholder)

What a coincidence and golden opportunity for scumbag insiders to make a nice profit.

If it's true the company is doomed. There is a saying; Never Buy or Sell shares unless you know what insiders are doing.
