The Reversal

The share price has been a shocking reversal from the recent lows of $15.30ish ~ can't just be from rates? Any inisights would be appreciated. I've been holding my nose and buying between $15-$17.

I added another 600 this morning at $17.33, meaning I now hold 9800 and averaging $18.66. I think (forecasted) rate cuts are a big part of the recent bounceback and it shouldn't really be shocking.  This is just the start of the new cycle.   Just as price has fed narrative on the way down, it will feed it on the way up.  Volume today is strong - we will get more and more ...more

Can it be simply that the sellers are finished selling and the buyers have discovered Allied and are beginning to buy . Add your own reason -  -superior properties , -lower interst rates to come  - Great dividend and good balance sheet  -  Your reason ?? Jmo

At some point, the risk/reward profile tips to the favourable.  Yes, there's still risk there with the speed of occupancy gains (or, at least, no further losses0 and the speed of interest rate cuts.  But they are increasingly being outweighed by the potential rewards of (at least) 50% SP upside, plus locking in a sustainable double digit distribution.

Just think at some point there is no one left to sell and this dawg was left for dead after everyone capitulated and value buyers/interest rate speculators jumped in
