Yep, this is significant - gives every CEP in North America the opportunity to justify the decision to follow suit by saying, 'well, if AMazon did it" - far more significant than federal govt orders to return to work.  Big buy signal for Office Reits IMO.

I traded out of some preferreds today and bought this at $18.90  Both paying about the same rate, both monthly, but I believe this could have more capital upside. GLTA
