The TIP OFF came

To   get   out of  this   name in mid August  when  the company  filed a document  that   would allow   them  to  sell  treasury  shares  into   the market  ,otherwise   known  as  an ATM  ( at the market)   program.  This  is  something  that   has  been  recently  imported  from the United States  .  If   you  every   have   shares   in a conpany   that announces   an   ATM   program ---my   advice  ---sell  immediately .   This   is   the  opposite of an issuer  bid  where  a company   is  buying  back shares  for  cancellation   cause   they  are  underpriced.   In   this  ATM   case   they  are  saying   , our   shares  are fully   priced  and  we  will  sell  you   ALL  YOU  WANT  at  the current   price.

With   an   ATM   You  are giving  the finger  to  the brokerage  community  ,  saying  I   will  go  it alone    I   don't need  you.  They  will   take note to some degree   and  act  accordingly   IMO.

IF   you  are  in the business  of  constantly  raising capital  as  in  capital  intensive industry  , making acquisitions   one  needs  the  brokerage  industry   to make that  happen .
