It will be soon time to buy this again....

As the assets are worth alot more than the current share price. I assume it will bottom during tax loss selling. 

It is down for mainly two reasons. 

1. Interest rates could go higher or remain higher longer than expexted. IE Long term bond yeilds. . 
2. Trying to sell renewable assets now, is bad timing. No real market for them, thus would be sold for        fire sale prices. 

Wait for boottom....We are not there yet. IMO

agree, maybe it's all just point 1, not sure they would be trying to unload assets if interest rates had remained stable..... market needs some certainly or outlook on where rates end up before this can priced right....
