Not their first rodeo…

There lies the beauty of investing in Aris Mining, our management team are seasoned veterans in the mining industry. An important thing I've learned over the years, there is no need to second guess decisions made by successful competent individuals. They will
inevitably do what is in the best interest of the Company.  For those of you who can dissect a balance sheet , hats of to you. My concerns personally as an investor are confined to the resource size, its valuation and economic conditions which will dictate the future commodity prices underpinning my investment.

A superficial view of the financing indicates there was overwhelming support for it from institutional investors hence the increase in the amount and a quick closing near end of this month.

The bottom line is the financing is a POSITIVE. How the market reacts shortterm is irrelevant in the scheme of things.

what smells fishy are some deals previous management has done ... buying this Canadian Asset from south-american friends and so on ...   maybe they can sell JUBY?  there is no need for it ...       hopefully new current management is more honest ..please no more experiments with shareholders...
