These guys are old school. All about empire building and

dilution. No concern for the shareholders. Put me in charge and I would finish the deep. Put the new projects on hold except for permiting and finetuning engeneing.  And spend the next 2 years, buying back half the shares. Then move onto project 3 and 4. Not these boys.
