My understanding of what has been filed is a prospectus for a financing into the future. I suspect, but do not know, an acquisition in the works. Just my thoughts. GLTA

I believe these filings are to allow the Company to issue equity/debt whenever needed. Interesting it came after last week's record volume on the NYSE. I have noticed the "tell" to know if there's a financing coming is if a stock suddenly surges with no news. It seems those conducting the financing on behalf of a Company drive the stock higher to make the placement ...more
