Help please!

Enbridges line 3 could be up and running by Sept 15. I have been trying to find out what companies besides the big oil sands companies will benefit from the increased capacity takeaway.
The Enbridge stock house site is a joke!

ARC will benefit from line 3 and TMX because all bitumen from the tar sands operations is diluted with condensate to flow through pipeline. So as demand for condensate increases so to will its value. fortunately with the 7G merger we are now the largest producer of condensate. We just need a year for this to play out.
