The sector is being abused by the hedge funds again.
Something the longs are familiar with. Momentum will shift and we will blow past the 52 week high.

there are no hedge funds in ARX resources. Who is in ARX resources? A guy who likes to go on BNN and tout stocks that he is about to sell. I am really confident, though we can't be sure till later on, that your friend who goes on BNN regularly, has been liquidating his position in ARX. he is a short term trader and I expect he is LONG GONE or soon will be.
