Who in their right mind shorts ARC?

For fun took one of my regular looks at where short interest is rising and see if there are squeeze opportunities..lo and behold..ARX..per Yahoo...who in their right mind would short ARX in a rising energy price environment where mgmt is doing buybacks..definition of insanity

That is under 3 % which is low. Till it hits 10% it isn't even considered a factor on price a short squeeze won't happen till you have very large numbers. There's companies out there with 40% that have not been hit. GameStop currently sits at 27 % short The squeeze came on GameStop because it was 140% shorted.
