How to nail those TD wash traders?

It's clear to me they only sell to their own in the last several weeks. They have no fear of being nailed. Who are these people?

This makes no sense. You realize that TD has most the customers right? For instance I use webbroker. You are gong to see TD whenever I trade and I can assure you I'm not a big fish.

Generally I am not talking about random trades that happen here and there, I am talking about trades that appear to be in similar patterns. I am not saying that all trades coming throuhg TD are wash trades but if the same trades happen daily or hourly for weeks or months you know what is up. When the volume increases these wash trades disappear right away because they are not in this game to lose ...more

The volumes are low and the same pattern of sliding down from recent highs are shared by a number of my other Cnd O&G plays. Funny, my US plays have been much more resilent lately (even BP). Seems to be retail getting out (which is always a good sign alwasy late to the party and they leave too early), as they not have the conviction that the summer (assuming globally we get a handle on Covid) ...more

Retail normally would not be making 30  identical or similar trades a day with small number of shares. Sure there are people selling $400 worth shares at a time but they would not be doing it in patterns that I am seeing right now.
