Not good if you own transmountain, which all cdn taxpayers own, thanks trudope. But indifferent to a user of the pipeline. The increase in shipments away from North America can only be good for all alberta producers. So far, the project has stayed off the front page headlines for the last year plus and construction just keeps plugging ahead.
