start dumping shares. is he still hoping for a little higher prices? just a matter of time, in my opinion he eventually will get out of the oil sector. the future is not good for this sector and is in slow decline from here. my guess he will not tell you guys that the IEA is right, and will not announce when he starts to sell-off
