Looks like a coordinated attack. Yesterday, they took down large cap energy names by 5% average. Today they went after the mid-cap names. ATH looked like it was going to be spared till about 3pm and then wham!

What's interesting is that when the slide from $5.14 started at 2;50pm, it doesnt appear to be heavy volume to take it down to $5.04 in that one hour. Then at 3:50pm, with the Asks piling up at $5.05, buyers came in with heavy volume to scoop up appr 400k shares in that last 10 mins. Be interesting to see where this opens tomorrow if oil can hold $70. Volatie week for oil price and oil stocks.
