We all agree, on top not being inspirationaly Edwards constantly delivers weak results again...and not buying his own stock.
But, they can't fire him. We had too many CEO in the last years. That will give a bad signal. The only options is to sell to WSP or return capital. Untill then, SNC is really cheap (but up big time in the last 2 years). Patience paid and will pay again.

Bottom line, what we saw today is what we will get for the next 18-24 months until the lstk projects are complete, unless the company is sold. Today's earnings explains why they don't want to commit to dividends and share buybacks. Bonjour Gabriel, Effectivememnt, de facon objective, capital (environ 2.5b) vaut beaucoup plus que toutes les pertes possibles avec les projets LSTK d'ici 2023. Si on assume des pertes maximales de 20% sur les projets LSTK restant soit environ 240m d'ici la fin de ces projets (2024), et que ces pertes seront probablement recuperees totalement (covid et autres) lors de negociations

Many companies have done it. By separating (spinning out) the good (Engineering) and bad  (LSTK) parts of the company, you get a much higher multiple overall.
