Hello As a significant share holder of AVL stock I have some questions I would request answers for. 1. I would like to know the location of the plant facility in Thunder Bay.? 2. What is the purchase price and has it been accepted? 3. Who is the partner(s)? 4. When will construction begin? 5. When can we expect an announcement?

Hey Nick Sorry i meant to add that i sent these questions to Bubar. He responded rather quickly with this. Most of your questions cannot be answered yet as this is all confidential information. But you can expect an announcement sometime this month. Our offer to purchase has been accepted and we are just in the process of arranging debt financing.

The announcement is that BMW will contribute to the aquisition of the plant.  But still that will take years to become operational and until then a stock consolidation is in order. At least 8 to 1. The stock price might see an increase in the short term , but it will go down again  until production  and profit start.
