Compare Apples

Compare what you want - the other reverse splits aren't avalon. The dirt alone at separation is holding up to 8 Billion dollars. "the world's largest, undeveloped known resource of the rare lithium mineral petalite"

Thats not including Nechalacho or refinery. We have heavy partners too.
I'm all for a split - late stage pre development like this is a different game all together.

Let the naysayers take a tax loss and be on there way.
I'm happily waiting until June.

There's a lot of speculation about a possible split but confusion with terminology. Creating fewer outstanding shares at higher value per share eg. one new share for each existing outstanding share is a reverse split or share consolidation NOT a split.

If the value changes soon yes but hope everyone is happy that 200,000 shares turn into 20,000. Ain't that a kick in the head
Comment by pr3000m on Dec 11, 2023 6:04pm
And what? it'll still be worth the same money?‍
Comment by guymariano on Dec 11, 2023 6:08pm
i agree, any shareholder asking for a split clearly has never been thru one. also, who in their right mind would invest 9.3 million before a split?
Comment by KIMAUI on Dec 12, 2023 3:29am
Your question is exactly what makes this different. Not anyone's #1 option. Reality is a split  was needed a long time ago.  Can't fault management of avl 2.0 for making the decision that should have been done years ago.
Comment by pr3000m on Dec 12, 2023 9:22am
Agree. Avl should have done it a long time ago. Don bubar held the company down due to his well-being. May he rest in peace. Once this company does a split it's only going up from there and seeing real growth. Anyone else who doesn't like the idea can sell, no one cares.

Do you really mean a split, or a reverse split/consolidation?
Comment by KIMAUI on Dec 12, 2023 12:25pm
Reverse split/consolidation.
Comment by Jsaw44 on Dec 12, 2023 3:09pm
Guymariano, please tell me you are joking right?  reverse split doesn't hurt the value of your shares they are worth the same amount after a split or a reverse split
Comment by guymariano on Dec 12, 2023 4:23pm
i wish i was joking, i went thru a split with Inca One Gold in Jan 21..pull up the chart, after the split my share price is .95,there was zero increase in shareholder value.inca is now at .12 ive been with AVL since 2011 ,so ill still be here if theres a split.....we will chat

Hey Jsaw__You ARE Correct that shares are worth the same amount after a reverse split BUT What You ARE NOT UNDERSTANDING is that in Almost ALL Cases the Share Price QUICKLY Starts Moving DOWN__Simply DUE TO a LOT MORE DownSide Window being Created by the Split Thus in ALMOST ALL Cases a Split RESULTS in LOSS of the Value of Your Holdings with Losses OFTEN Ending Up as VERY SUBSTANTIAL ...more
Comment by rmbaird on Dec 13, 2023 7:34am

Hey NorthernMan__I HOPE that BOTH Pr3000 AND JSaw THANK ME eh !!!!!!!
Comment by Jsaw44 on Dec 16, 2023 11:43pm
The stock prices moved down after a reverse split because the entire reason a reverse split was needed is because the management team sucked. Do a reverse split doesn't stock them from sucking. Don Bubar owned several pair of stylish knee pads
