Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

So as usual, you are once again wrong, big surprise. I also have a very large position in MM and other cash equivalents in both Canadian and U.S. accounts. The problem you don't see or ever consider (given you being a guru and all you think you would) is that as the markets are starting to edge toward cuts these money market funds etc. start to come down in yeild, as this is happening you also start to see capitol appreciation in equities in particular like reits, kind of a double edge sword. Key is to gradually shift from one to another, leave it too long and you really loose out. I know you never think of things like that though, just rant and rant all day. How's your portfolio doing? As for losers, one should think that when you look in the mirror, the loser is looking back at you. Grow up already.
