What % does Artis represent of your real estate holdings and overal portfolio? Making idiotic claims on the positions of others without making yours clear, seem hypocritical. You have a baby position... are you a baby investor, or is Artis simply a baby position?

Never said you were, you said you were. And I believe I am correct in saying some on the board are short. Arris has a high short interest. Posting irrational comments trying to shake out retail investors is what I can see. If snakey is actually long not sure how posting irrational negativiy or making baseless assumptions is useful to his stake. Again i dont mind shorts as i respect the profession ...more

SNAKEYBOY has 600+ score here and has provided a lot of very valuable advice. SNAKEYBOY understandably gets frustrated sometimes with his very large REIT positions underperforming all expectations.
