I reacted and I shouldn't have, I know better. I was just hoping for a bit better. In fact, it really isn't even that. It is the fact that they offered up this strategic review. Get serious. Nothing speaks louder of failure than that. Stick to your guns, dig deep, do what you gotta do and turn this thing. Have some conviction. I don't like cop outs. I had some reservations about this group, now I have significant disappointment in their leadership abilities. Strategic reivew looks to be pure desperation, toss me a life line I'm drowning.

What if Sandpiper wants to take Artis private and monetize the NAV gap themselves? They would need to make this a fair process for unitholders, and a strategic review by non-unitholders would get a fair process.

Funny, I was just about to reply to your prior post. Who ultimately knows what's going on with this group. Perhaps they are setting the stage for a take over themselves or Sandpiper. Having said that, the announcemet of strategic review does have the ability to actually bolster share price in the near term, although likely to fade fast if it does. I had thoughts of and posted quite some time
