SIBS

If Manji does list everything for sale in portfolio clusters as I outlined yesterday, expecting 1billion cash to roll in per 12 months, then the way to maximize value for the final shareholder to realize $16+, is to continuously utilize small SIBS every sale or conditional sale

7.5- 10m SIB
8- 10m SIB
8.5- 10m SIB
9 -10m SIB
9.5 - 10m SIB

425m spend to retire 50m shares at $8.50...final shareholders will be rewarded for a top dollar.  If market bids up price super high and he cant get these low ball SIBS then he accomplishes his mission without having to do anything

You are an I D I O T. NAV is pre-tax. Get on the horn with investor relations and inquire what the tax burden per unit would be if the entire portfolio was liquidated today. Then ask them when you can expect your $16 per unit check in the mail so everyone could have a good laugh!
