May actually be a blessing in disguise. Let manji and Sandpiper puke with a margin call.  That'll make him get serious.  Crystallize 1 billion in assets ASAP and run a SIB at 7.50 to cancel half the float.  Doesn't get more easier than that!  Artis has decent assets and industrial shouldn't be that hard
