REIT bros all liked Dream Office at $29 but dont like it at $11 when leasing activity has returned to "pre covid levels" and occupancy is on the upswing. lol. The REIT is trading below $300 psf in downtown Toronto for Class A buildings. I am glad I have no exposure as I have little respect for Cooper as a CEO but it sure is tempting given its instrinsic value.

Even Analysts put NAV at about 2x the current trading price. Pretty rare to see that. Downtown Toronto or any major downtown market rarely ever trades at such a discount.
