REIT sector has been flushed. A similar AFFO to Artis is NWH and is now 5.35.  Manji cant even run a NCIB. Could this strategic review be his final FLOP, or will he make a name for himself as a REIT legend

There were posters saying "great deals on days like today" months  ago 25% higher for REITS.  It means nothing till you see what the recovery looks like, otherwise you can be skunked down another 20% next month!!!!!!!!!!!!
