Oh my god

Looks like we're going to have our financial crisis moment in the REIT sector....with firesale prices just because a monthly number is 0.3% when it should be a 0.2% increase. Llike I dont even k now what this i s anymore

this is risk - slapping you in the face. You gonna man up and rise to the challenge or are you going to sink into your computer chair and let your debt consume you? Break out the excel and start running sensitivity analysis to get a scene of where your margin and liquidity stand - then plan next steps accordingly. I'm baffled you made it this far. Well how are you doing withi your "5x" levered reit portfolio and the sector sinking 10% a week? Seems like you may be in a margin-call soon yourself, FRANKIEBOY

Instant regret the moment I unmute. I am very well thank you. My REITs continue to generate meaningful cashflow and trade at mouthwatering implied cap rates, both realtive to the risk free rate. Leverage has risk and I manage my portfolio accordingly, as I trust you do yours.
