Effectively the results need to show a 0.15 AFFO without a one-time item thereby suggesting the 7.5% dividend  will be maintained, and the possibility of it going back to 0.20 later in 2025 on ...more

Brookfield and Fairfax already paid up.  Artis always seems to take a bit longer.  Fat yield and appreciation of the preferred has more or less compensated for buying the regular units way ...more
