Has anyone noticed?

Artis virtually can never hold a gain.  Sure when the reits are lit up the odd day it gains a percent or two. But 90% of the time intraday gains never hold.

I do agree that EP knows something is up, too much money to risk on a speculative Manji (artis assets arent the best compared to say HR), however, there are some days where volume is almost 1m.  They just come once a week or so

Yes, now that Edgepoint has mopped up much of the float, it would take very little buying pressure to move the unit price to $10.  This is why a deft touch will be needed to execute the NCIB to our best advantage.  I will be delighted if it the new NCIB can be completed at an average unit price below $8. Once sales are announced - it's off to the races imho, depending on the valuations on sales (cap rates & NAV +/-). Manji is a deal guy. I assume he's making deals.
