Not crazy high but about 1.5x-3x on the below names.  Definitely looks like either the shorts or $ is bailing on these here.

there has been a viral story about canadian pension board apaprently selling a prestine new york city offiec for $1 by bloomberg. picked up and widely shared. it even slapped in a few other locations. people believe this, they have no idea what is true. the space isn't widely understood even by real estate followers... prob added to pressures. never mind the report i read today that said Q1 ...more
