Artis Selling Park 8Ninety Industrial for Cdn$320 million

Artis does not appear to have press released this yet but they have sold the Park 8Ninety industial complex in Houston for US$234million (Cdn$320 million) to one of KKR's investment funds. News was released by KKR yesterday. This is 1.8 million sq ft so around 13.5% of Artis Industrial Portfolio. Seems pretty significant to me. No indication on closing date of what the net cash to AX.UN will be after mortgage/finacing is paid out.

guessing the release comes out tonight. chance it is accompanied by more details or strategy inclusion? looks like artis is buying again at dream office. wonder what else comes next.
