RE:RE:The gig economy

SANTA TIME

Tax loss selling over technically one more day but trading volume likely very light. At least if these trds sink after Friday we can rule out tax loss selling as the excuse

BIG BOYS

Not sure how much they can squeeze bond yields higher and REITs lower.  Would need inflation to go back up big soon and Powell to have eggs on his face not being confident he's using the ...more

RE:WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT?

gary, I've been telling you for over a year now, you're not cut out for this trading thing and to just buy index funds and chill.

WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT?

CASH OUT OF REITS DEC 24, 2023 LAST YEAR,  GO INTO TSX OR S & P INDEX FUND.   20%+ NET GAIN.   MAYBE WE SHOULD JUST DO THAT TRADE NOW...WE KNOW THESE STINKIN REITS ONLY ...more

SEPT 13- DEC 24

Just one big downtrend for XRE, probably sitting 1% off its absolute low of last week. What will JANUARY BRING?

BONDS HAVE BECOME A THORN

Dumb yields need to drop. The Fed easing was reversed by the 10 year fully

Money will start buying REITs

Now thinking the tax loss selling is over but watch the big boys will keep dropping and flush them out too. It's down till the yields are going to 10%

FAKE TRADE.

10yr at 4.60% has priced in a lot of inflation and hot economy....may happen, maybe not.  But seems premature.   Time for the big fall under 3%.  I really hope DOGE DEPARTMENT OF ...more

MARKOPOLIS.

We need you to make your once a quarterly appearance and tell us what your TA chart says on artis...it was a quick bounce off of 7.01 exactly,  hard to say that happened for other reits

ARTIS LOOKS POISED TO RUN FOR $9

tehcnically ....On this run up- of course, needs XRE to gain 10% and bond yields to tumble 50bp
Post by garyreinson Dec 24, 2024 11:21am

BOND SELL OFF = RIDICULOUS

No one wants to touch bonds anymore...made it truly riduclous.   4.60% is historically very high for a 10 year.   should be 4% max

Same. Exact. Trade.

Markets up, vnq red. Canadian ones probably just a tad stronger due to 4 month of punishment.
