ANOTHER UGYL DAY IN THE BOOKS

Most names opened flat then tanked. Artis and BTB up 1 cent was not enough to offset the 1% declines in the rest of my portfolio.

With TSX and VNQ coming back reits just traded depressed unil the closing bell.

How bigger are these yields going to get as BOC will go from 4.75 to 3.xx into 2025.

Sounds like you need some bitcoin snake. That said, nobody gives af about ur paper trading account. Crying all day about REITs being red on the Artis board while Artis remains flat/green is a new level of pathetic for you. It's just getting sad bud.

Who cares about artis when your a reit guru, and artis owns FCR and D. So you better believe them cratering will hit ARTIS FMV LOSES HARD

I pity your lack of understanding... Artis is buying D... weakness is therefore positive... Samir/Artis/Sandpiper will gobble it up, chop it up pieces, and sell it... how far you think he gets before he recovers the entire purchase price... half? Go kick rocks kid...
