The fall of Canada

You know that something is seriously wrong when your mortgage payments increase by 30% and rents are capped at ~ 2.5% in some provinces such as Ontario and BC. Nobody wants to invest in Canada anymore because the governments have ruined it. Listen to the idiocracy. You bring in 1.2 million people in this country and landlords cannot even increase the rent that at least covers their expenses. Now many condo investors are selling upon completion and the domino is starting to fall. 

Good job Canada!
