MANJI PUT GAS IN ARTIS' TANK

SP is stagnant now despite upmoves in the REIT sector.  FCR is pennies awway from $16, a solid SELL IMO.   Time to get results!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only medicine for Artis is rate cuts. Hopefully they can keep the distribution intact until rates fall

yeah he sold a "close the gap" review but as not even moved the needle one centimeter in that direction...
