REITS VERSUS CANADA SAVINGS/GICS
2 years or more you're getting a 3.6% GIC and cmon, reit yields are still 6-9.5%....certainly expected better rotation than what we're seeing now. XRE should be $17.50 and Riocan, HR, etc 10% higher

All I know is cash has outperformed reits and you were better off with t-bill and chill strategy as a substitute for yield. Capital preservation is very important during a late hiking cycle.
